  1. Rebus fusilli sampai empuk, sisihkan..
  2. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih cincang sampai harum, masukkan tomat yg sudah diblender(pure), bumbui dengan kaldu sapi bubuk, merica dan gula pasir. Tunggu sampai mendidih.
  3. Masukkan daging sapi giling rebus, bawang bombay dan daun seledri, aduk terus sampai agak menyusut. Koreksi rasa. Tata fusilli di piring tambahkan saus bolognese, tambahkan keju parut. Sajikan ❤️.
