  3. Siapkan bahan isian, aduk rata lalu sisihkan..
  4. Setelah adonan diistirahatkan selama sejam, lumuri working space/talenan dan kedua tangan dengan tepung yg cukup banyak krn adonan agak lengket. Keluarkan adonan dari mangkok/baskom, uleni sebentar hanya untuk mengeluarkan gasnya, kemudian bagi adonan menjadi 8 bagian..
  5. Panaskan wajan datar dengan sedikit minyak goreng dan api harus kecil. Pipihkan tiap bagian adonan, beri isian secukupnya supaya waktu dipanggang tidak berhamburan keluar, bulatkan. Jika wajan sudah panas masukkan adonan yg sudah diberi isian td. Kalau bagian bawahnya sudah agak kecoklatan bisa dibalik lalu langsung dipipihkan dengan spatula/alat penekan lapis legit..
  6. Jika kedua permukaan sudah sama2 kecoklatan, tutup wajan beberapa menit, lalu angkat.
