Bahan-bahan Hotteok
- Siapkan 180 gram tepung cakra.

- Kamu membutuhkan 110 ml susu cair, panaskan hingga suam kuku.
- Kamu membutuhkan sedikit minyak goreng.

- Kamu membutuhkan 1/2 sdt kayu manis bubuk.
- Siapkan 50 gram kacang tanah sangrai & cincang kasar.

Hotteok Tata cara
- Aduk rata ragi, gula pasir & susu hangat (cukup suam kuku aja y). Diamkan selama 5 - 10 mnt, hingga muncul buih (tanda raginya aktif)..
- Campur larutan ragi dengan tepung & garam, aduk hingga rata hingga adonan kalis.
- Tutup adonan dengan plastik wrap & diamkan selama 1 jam, hingga adonan mengembang.
- Setelah satu jam, kempiskan adonan & bagi adonan menjadi 8 bagian. Adonannya sangat lengket, jd tangan sebaiknya dilumuri minyak dulu.
- Ambil adonan, pipihkan & beri isian, lalu tutup rapat adonan, jgn sampai ada isian keluar.
- Panaskan sedikit minyak, lalu masukkan adonan sambil ditekan menggunaka spatula..
- Goreng hingga satu sisi berwarna coklat keemasan, lalu balikkan hingga matang kedua sisinya.
- Angkat & sajikan.
