  1. Langkah pertama potong sayuran an sesuai selera.cincang bawang putih,iris bawang Bombay..
  2. Panaskan minyak goreng untuk menggoreng mie,panaskan wajan untuk menumis bumbu yg SDH di potong dan di cincang(bawang putih dan bawang Bombay)tumis sampe harum masukkan sayuran dan bakso,udang tunggu sampe layu tambah air mendidih tambah maizena tes rasa.

Kemudian di atasnya disiram dengan tumisan sayuran. Pada menu I Fu Mie, mie kering berbentuk bulat sempurna adalah yang kita harapkan.
