  1. Buat air kaldu udangnya : tumis bawang bombay hg layu, lalu masukkan kepala & kulit (sudah dibersihkan ya), tumis hg berubah warna lalu + air 4 Cup + garam sdkt aja, biarkan mendidih, matikan api >> sisihkan.
  2. Cuci Quinoa, gunakan saringan saat membuang airnya (krn banyak yg mengapung agar tak terbuang).
  3. Masak dg menggunakan rice cooker, masukkan Quinoa + air kaldu tadi, hidupkan rice cooker nya. Jk lampu "cook" nya berpindah ke "warm" lgsg matikan rice cooker agar bagian bawah Quinoa tdk menghitam, sisihkan.
  4. Tumis bawang bombay & bawang putih hg harum lalu masukkan udang masak hg berubah warna + irisan cabe. Lalu masukkan Quinoa, aduk rata + kecap & saus tiram >> koreksi rasa, matikan api. Sajikan dg taburan irisan daun selada & potongan tomat cherry.
