Bahan-bahan Sambal matah
- Siapkan Bahan A.
- Kamu membutuhkan Minyak goreng / minyak kelapa 1/4 gelas belimbing atau 50ml.
- Siapkan 3 batang serai.
- Kamu membutuhkan 1 bungkus / 1 sdt penuh terasi.
- Kamu membutuhkan 2 buah bawang putih.
- Siapkan Garam.
- Siapkan Gula.
- Kamu membutuhkan Penyedap rasa (optional).
- Siapkan Bahan B.
- Siapkan 8 buah bawang merah.
- Siapkan 10 cabe rawit.
- Siapkan 6 lembar daun jeruk.
- Siapkan Sedikit perasan jeruk nipis.

- Siapkan bahan B terlebih dulu, jadi bawang merah sama cabe rawitnya dicincang kasar dulu, terus daun jeruknya pisahkan dari batang daun yg ada ditengah2 nya itu trs iris tipis.
- Setelah itu siapkan bahan A, iris tipis serai nya tadi, cincang kasar bawang putih..
- Siapkan wajan atau teplon atau apa aja buat numis serai baput dan terasi. Beri minyak kelapa/ minyak sayur tadi, masukan irisan serai,bawang putih dan terasi. Tumis di api kecil aja sampai agak sedikit kecoklatan. Jangan lupa tambahkan garam gula atau penyedap rasa sesuai selera.
- Kalau sudah masukan semua tumisan ini tadi ke dalam wadah yg berisi bahan A yg sudah kita iris tadi, aduk rata. Tambahkan sedikit perasan jeruk nipis. Tes rasa, sudah jadi deh siap jadi temen makan.
